All services provided are via secure video platform. I use Simple Practice, an industry leader in psychotherapy electronic health record software to conduct HIPAA compliant visits.
Initial Clinical Assessment aka “First Session” – $185
The initial clinical assessment is our “getting to know you” session. This session will last 60-75 minutes and will be a mix of conversation between us and me asking you questions to determine your needs and your goals.
Individual Therapy – $150/session
Individual sessions are 53 minutes in length.
Your insurance plan may cover part or all of our sessions together! I am currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Evernorth (formerly Cigna)
If I am out of network with your specific plan, you may qualify for reimbursement from your insurance company.
Clinical Supervision – $100/hour
Per the Louisiana Board of Social Work Examiners, Licensed Masters of Social Work are required to complete 96 hours of supervision with a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.
Consulting – Individualized

Letters/Forms – $38 per 15 minutes
I can assist with forms related to your mental health needs as well as am able to write letters on your behalf as your mental health provider.
Court appearances
- Preparation / file review: $300/hour
- Deposition: $500/hour
- Court appearance: $500/hour
